By downloading, accessing, or using the MogBattles mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these Terms, please do not use the MogBattles app.

2. Description of Service

MogBattles provides users with AI-based analysis of their photographs to rate various aspects of their physique and offers personalized recommendations for improvement. These services are subject to change at our discretion.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register and provide certain personal information for full access to our app's features. You agree to provide accurate and current information and update it as necessary.

4. User Responsibilities

  1. Content: You are responsible for the content you upload to the app, including ensuring that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe on any third party's rights or violate any laws. Our AI will not rate inappropriate content and continuous uploading of such content will result in a permanent ban from the app.
  2. Conduct: You agree not to use MogBattles for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
  3. Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of the app.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of the MogBattles app are owned by Byte Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the app does not transfer any rights to you.

Your use of MogBattles is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

7. Disclaimers

MogBattles is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any ratings or recommendations provided by the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

Byte Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of MogBattles.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
